Townhome Update 11/7/19

Whose house is this?

Here are some updates about how the project is going:

  • The Room: The graphic you are looking at is a rendering of the great room in the first single family home that we are building.  It is 1895 square feet, comes with a fireplace, 11′ ceiling in great room, screened in porch, a deck, a den, and granite/quartz countertops.  Check out the floorplan below.
  • Timetable:  Site-work for the addition began last month, and at the time of writing this, curbs are in.  We are hoping that we can get the roads in this fall, but that is contingent on the weather in the coming weeks.  If our builder is able to get a foundation in this fall, the first unit should be ready for occupancy June 2020.  Units that we start Spring of 2020 should be ready for occupancy around 6 months after.
  • Builder:  After considering a few really good options for area builders, we have decided to partner with Naatz Construction to build our first units.
  • Size:  The plan is to have a range of units from 1400-1900 square feet.
