JANESVILLE, WI – Cedar Crest announced that it will begin the site work of a 25-unit expansion for the sought after Waterford Grove Townhomes in fall 2019.  Cedar Crest’s plans include the addition of an adjacent wooded property that was acquired in 2016.

The expansion will increase Waterford Grove’s current 26-unit community to 51 and will include a mix of single family homes and duplexes ranging from 1400-2000 square feet. The homes are designed with a walk-in shower, zero-step entry, laundry on the main floor, attached garages, and other senior-friendly features.

“We are thrilled to have the opportunity to expand our Waterford Grove Townhomes and provide worry-free living to area seniors who wish to retire in Rock County,” said David Tanck, CEO of Cedar Crest.

Based in Janesville, Wisconsin, Cedar Crest is a Life Plan community known for its broad range of senior living residences and exceptional care in a scenic, wooded setting.  Pre-sale of the expansion will start in fall 2019.  Want to know more?  CLICK HERE to join our pre-sale contact list for more information as it becomes available.
