Big things are happening at Cedar Crest. JP Cullen has started the site work for our new apartment and assisted living expansion that will be ready in 2023. We will be giving regular updates as progress continues. We are starting meet to with Pioneers (priority depositors) about selecting their preferred apartment. Upon selecting their next home, they will sign a contract and pay the initial 10% deposit of the entrance fee.
