We are breaking ground soon on our next cottages.  Each cottage features zero-step entry, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, screened porch, laundry on main level, and a shower in the master bath.  Each home will take 8-10 months to build and will be ready fall 2022.  When you build with us, 10% of the entrance fee is due at signing, an additional 20% is due when it is halfway done, and the remaining 70% is due when we hand you the keys to your completed home.

While we would have loved to keep them in the courtyard for everyone’s enjoyment, we needed to move them along to the pond to dip their toesies in the frigid water.
