Virtual Visits

Visitor Policy Regarding COVID-19

In an ongoing effort to reduce the residents’ risk of exposure to COVID19, we are asking that no outside food be brought in. This means that all foods such as baked goods, store-bought candies, fruit, veggies, homemade meals, and restaurant take out will not be permitted in our Skilled Nursing, Memory Care, and Assisted Living areas.

At this time, we have no cases of COVID19 in our facility. We are continuing to restrict visitors in an effort to reduce our residents’ risk of exposure to the virus, and appreciate your ongoing patience and support.

Please remember that frequent communication with your loved one is very important to them during this time. Letters, phone calls, and virtual face to face visits (Facetime/Skype) are best. If you need assistance with any of these, please reach out to:

Townhome Update 2/7/20

No shoveling. No repairs. Where do I sign?

If you haven’t taken a drive down Waterford Court lately, I encourage you to stop by and take a peek. Construction has begun on 1966 and the windows are installed. 1977-1979 foundation is poured, and soon we will be breaking ground on 1957-1959.

Pricing:
- Pricing for our new Townhomes includes the cost of construction and appliances. We do not factor in the value of the land in the pricing, so you are able to get a home that would cost more in the open market. Our entrance fees for the 3 available units range from $290k-$400k. Entrance fees are 85% refundable on all homes. Monthly fees are $775, and property taxes are TBD.

Townhome Update 11/7/19

Whose house is this?

Here are some updates about how the project is going:

The Room: The graphic you are looking at is a rendering of the great room in the first single family home that we are building. It is 1895 square feet, comes with a fireplace, 11′ ceiling in great room, screened in porch, a deck, a den, and granite/quartz countertops. Check out the floorplan below.
Timetable: Site-work for the addition began last month, and at the time of writing this, curbs are in. We are hoping that we can get the roads in this fall, but that is contingent on the weather in the coming weeks. If our builder is able to get a foundation in this fall, the first unit should be ready for occupancy June 2020. Units that we start Spring of 2020 should be ready for occupancy around 6 months after.
Builder: After considering a few really good options for area builders, we have decided to partner with Naatz Construction to build our first units.
Size: The plan is to have a range of units from 1400-1900 square feet.

Cedar Crest Announces Plans to Expand Waterford Grove Townhomes

August 21, 2019

JANESVILLE, WI – Cedar Crest announced that it will begin the site work of a 25-unit expansion for the sought after Waterford Grove Townhomes in fall 2019. Cedar Crest’s plans include the addition of an adjacent wooded property that was acquired in 2016.

The expansion will increase Waterford Grove’s current 26-unit community to 51 and will include a mix of single family homes and duplexes ranging from 1400-2000 square feet. The homes are designed with a walk-in shower, zero-step entry, laundry on the main floor, attached garages, and other senior-friendly features.

“We are thrilled to have the opportunity to expand our Waterford Grove Townhomes and provide worry-free living to area seniors who wish to retire in Rock County,” said David Tanck, CEO of Cedar Crest.
