The 25-unit expansion for the sought after Waterford Grove Cottages is underway bring our community up to 51 homes.  Cedar Crest’s plans include the addition of an adjacent wooded property that was acquired in 2016.  Cottage residents will have access to the Clubhouse, our newest amenity located on the Rock River.

Our new cottages will include a mix of single family homes and duplexes ranging from 1400-1900 square feet.  Homes are designed with a walk-in shower, zero-step entry, laundry on the main floor, attached garages, and other senior-friendly features.
