Showcasing New Faculty at UW-Whitewater
Over the past few years, new experts have joined the faculty and staff at UW-Whitewater, in all of its colleges and departments. Historians, sociologists, writers, and more, UW-Whitewater is comprised of dedicated educators who are as eager to share their research interests to the community as they are to teaching our next generation of teachers, accountants, entrepreneurs, coaches and more. Join us this spring to hear from some of the new voices at the University and share with them what they have to look forward to as new members of the greater Whitewater community.
All lectures are free and open to the public. They are held on Thursdays at 2 p.m. in the Gathering Room at Cedar Crest, 1702 South River Road in Janesville. Free parking is available, and registration is not required. Visit the website at www.uww.edu/ce/cedar-crest for the full schedule and updates.

Thank you to the Lilac Brew Coffee Co. for coming out to Cedar Crest to brew some delicious coffee for our staff and residents. It was a huge success despite the rain. Many took umbrellas in hand to venture out and a few ducklings endured the rain drop’s. We also had amazing Kwik Trip cinnamon rolls to make a perfect morning snack. We look forward to doing this again as many have already asked!
Site work has begun on 1963 and 1965 Waterford Drive. Both homes are under contract and they will be ready early 2027. Click here to find out more about the Cottages at Cedar Crest. cedarcrestlife.com/senior-living/cottages/
