Construction continues on our independent apartments that will be ready Summer 2023. The good news is we still have 1 apartment that has not been spoken for. This available unit has 1 bedroom with a den and over 1,000 square feet of living space. It is a first floor unit with a wooded view. Assisted Living Opportunity
Our new assisted living building is on track to be ready Fall 2023. This new building will have 76 studio and 1 bedroom apartments along the Rock River. Tours will be available in the coming months. We are starting to build a priority list for people that would like to pick their plan and location. Approved applicants can place a $1,000 fully refundable deposit to join the program.
