A Word from our CEO

I would like to share with all of you that our annual State Survey has just completed in the Health Center.  Two surveyors conducted the survey on behalf of the State of Wisconsin Department of Health Services.  I am pleased to announce that the health care portion of the survey resulted in no citations.

Congratulations to everyone on our staff.  This is quite the accomplishment!  Certainly it is no easy task given all the challenges facing our community each and every day.

The Survey Team wanted everyone to know how impressed they were with the care our residents received, how well everyone works together. The surveyors mentioned as they interviewed residents and family members how complimentary they were of Cedar Crest and how safe they feel here.

Cedar Crest is blessed to have each and every one of our team members! On behalf of Cedar Crest, thank you for doing what you do and making a positive difference in the lives of all our residents.
