Sitework has begun for the newest addition the Waterford Grove Cottages at Cedar Crest. This will bring our count of Cottages to 33. This new construction features two single story ranch homes that have a screened porch, zero-step entry, laundry on the main level, and a walk-in shower in the master bath.
