Friends and Family of Cedar Crest:

At this time, we continue to have no cases of COVID-19 in our facility. In our ongoing effort to keep all of our residents safe and healthy, we are continuing to restrict visitors to the campus.

Please do not hesitate to reach out if you would like to schedule a virtual visit with your loved ones. The following people may be contacted regarding virtual visits:

Memory Care: Heather 608-373-6330

Assisted Living: Cristina 608-373-6341

Skilled Nursing: Emily 608-373-6319

 

Independent Living:

All grocery deliveries will now be able to be dropped off at the front desk ONLY during the following hours:

Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30

Sunday 11:00-1:30

Thank you to Skellys Farm Market for supplying us with some great produce and baked goodies for our 1 st farmers market at Cedar Crest today. Both staff and residents enjoyed having a little bit of Skellys brought to them.
