OUR SENIOR COMMUNITY IS GROWING

Our campus-wide expansion will enhance our existing beautiful 60 acre community on the Rock River. All of our residents enjoy a wide variety of amenities, activities, dining and wellness programs to enhance your quality of life.

Waterford Place Apartments

24 new apartments featuring open concept floor plans that range from 1100 to 1600 square feet. They will be connected to the existing apartment building and have indoor access to dining and amenities.

Assisted Living and Memory Care

New building will include 76 assisted living apartments that will feature a variety of floor plans and scenic views of the Rock River. Residents will have access to a courtyard with outdoor seating and activities.  The expansion will also include an increase in memory care studio apartments with larger floor plans.
