The future is bright in our worry-free Independent Apartments for seniors.  Choose from our 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom open concept floor plans that range from 550 to 1600 square feet.  Residents have indoor access parking, dining, and many amenities.  Concierge services are available upon request, and some assistance with activities of daily living (ADL’S) are available as needed.

Do you prefer to prepare your own meals or would you rather have someone else do the cooking?  Each Independent Apartment features a full kitchen with maintenance-free appliances.  In addition to that, residents have the option of eating at the Terrace Dining Room or the Garden Café.

Residents have the freedom to enjoy a robust activity schedule that changes every week.  In addition to that, residents have full access to all of our Amenities.  Independent Apartment residents are also able to access support that includes housekeeping, laundry, meal delivery, medication management, and other scheduled services as their lifestyle changes.

One of the key benefits of being an apartment resident is that you have the ability to access concierge services and scheduled care in the apartment as needed. You also have priority access to Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing as your care needs change.
