We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Nursing Scheduler to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will excel in coordinating nursing staff schedules and ensuring seamless communication within our clinical environment. This role is vital in maintaining efficient operations and delivering exceptional care to our residents.

30 hours/week- Benefits included

Job Duties:

  • Develop and maintain accurate nursing staff schedules, ensuring appropriate coverage for all shifts and departments.
  • Communicate effectively with nursing staff and administrative personnel to facilitate scheduling adjustments and updates.
  • Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office and specialized EMR systems to input data accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • Proven experience in medical scheduling within a healthcare or clinical setting; clinic or hospital experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with scheduling systems such OnShift is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills with proficiency in phone etiquette and customer service principles.
