We currently have an opportunity for a customer oriented, caring Nurse that has experience in leading and supervising staff. As the Assisted Living/Memory Care and Independent Living Support Nurse, you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility and accountability for carrying out your assigned duties. Responsible for providing direct resident care in accordance with established plans. Supervises facility nursing staff. Maintain ongoing communications with physicians concerning resident care. Provide supervision/counseling as needed to nursing staff. Assist nursing personnel to act in compliance with Cedar Crest policies and procedures and regulatory requirements. Coordinate staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage. Monitor compliance with resident record documentation requirements, as directed. Hours for this position are Monday-Friday 11AM-7:30PM and one weekend a month on call with nurse manager required.
