Essential Job Functions:
  • Provide training and orientation to new staff in the performance of caregiver job duties and daily routines of the program as assigned
  • Complete assigned paperwork related to the training being provided. Forward completed paperwork to Resident Services Manager in a timely fashion.
  • Provide feedback to Resident Services Manager regarding performance and progress of assigned trainees
  • Participate in any required training to develop/enhance mentoring skills. Develop standard procedures of all caregiver duties
  • Collaborate with nurse manager to maintain updated Individual Service Plan as changes occur
  • Collaborate with Resident Services Manager to revise scheduling patterns or assignments based on the program needs and budgeting considerations. Assist with staffing needs by transitioning to care floor staff to cover open shifts
  • Assist nurse/nurse manager with pharmacy deliveries, refills, and monthly initial checks
  • Set a positive example at all times for trainees with regards to customer service, teamwork, and quality care.
The successful candidate will have the following skills, knowledge, and abilities:
  • Compassionate with a positive attitude
  • Excellent work ethic
  • CBRF Medication Administration Class Required
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
Hiring for part-time and full-time for ALL shifts. Starting pay is $16.50-$24.50 per hour. .
$1,000 sign on bonus. Will be paid in increments of $250 after 90 days, 180 days, 270 days, and a year.
